Bu Gizlilik Politikası, MuroCut ("biz", "MuroCut") olarak murocut.com web sitesini ve Adobe Premiere Pro eklentimizi kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklar.
1. Topladığımız Veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: E-posta adresiniz ve şifreniz (şifreler şifreli olarak saklanır).
- Lisans ve cihaz bilgileri: Lisans anahtarınız, oturum bilgisi ve eklentiyi kullandığınız cihaza ait teknik bir kimlik (device ID).
- Kullanım verileri: Yapay zekâ (AI) çağrı sayıları, araç kullanım istatistikleri ve uygulama sürümü gibi hizmeti işletmek için gereken sayaçlar.
- Ödeme bilgileri: Ödemeler Stripe üzerinden işlenir. Kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız; yalnızca abonelik durumu ve Stripe müşteri kimliği tarafımızda tutulur.
- Destek ve geri bildirim: Bize gönderdiğiniz mesajlar, hata bildirimleri ve varsa ekler.
- Site ziyaret verileri: Web sitemizi gezerken ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, sayfalarda geçirdiğiniz süre, siteye geldiğiniz kaynak (ör. yönlendiren site, reklam kampanyası bilgisi ve reklam tıklama kimliği), tarayıcınızda oluşturulan rastgele bir ziyaretçi kimliği, tıklama ve kaydırma gibi etkileşimler ile cihaz ve tarayıcı bilgileri.
- Üyelik kaynağı: Üye olduğunuzda, siteye hangi kaynaktan geldiğiniz bilgisi hesabınızla birlikte saklanır. Siteyi giriş yapmış olarak gezdiğinizde ziyaret verileriniz hesabınızla ilişkilendirilir.
2. Verileri Nasıl Kullanırız
- Hizmeti sunmak, lisansınızı doğrulamak ve kullanım kotanızı uygulamak.
- Aboneliğinizi ve ödemelerinizi yönetmek.
- Teknik destek sağlamak ve hataları gidermek.
- Hizmeti geliştirmek ve güvenliğini sağlamak.
- Sitenin nasıl kullanıldığını analiz etmek, reklam ve pazarlama çalışmalarımızın etkisini ölçmek.
3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Hizmeti sunabilmek için güvenilir sağlayıcılarla çalışırız:
- Stripe — ödeme ve abonelik yönetimi.
- Supabase — veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, dosya barındırma ve site ziyaret kayıtları.
- Google Analytics — site trafiği ve kullanım istatistikleri.
- Microsoft Clarity — oturum kayıtları (sayfadaki fare hareketleri, tıklamalar ve kaydırmalar) ve ısı haritaları. Form alanlarına yazdığınız bilgiler Clarity tarafından maskelenir.
- Yapay zekâ sağlayıcıları (ör. OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq) — altyazı, kurgu ve benzeri AI özellikleri için işlediğiniz içerik ilgili sağlayıcıya gönderilir.
4. Yapay Zekâ Özellikleri
AI destekli özellikleri kullandığınızda, işlenmesi için gereken içerik (ör. ses/metin) ilgili AI sağlayıcısına iletilir. Bu içeriği pazarlama amacıyla kullanmayız.
5. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik
Verileriniz erişim kontrollü sunucularda saklanır ve makul teknik önlemlerle korunur. Verilerinizi hizmetin gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklarız.
6. Haklarınız
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme veya silinmesini talep etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Bunun için murat@murocut.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Hesabınız silindiğinde ilgili kişisel verileriniz silinir.
7. Çerezler, Oturum Kaydı ve Yerel Depolama
Sitemiz; dil tercihi ve oturum bilgisi gibi gerekli amaçlarla ve ayrıca analiz ile reklam ölçümü amacıyla çerezler ve tarayıcı depolaması kullanır. Google Analytics ve Microsoft Clarity bu amaçla çerez yerleştirir; Clarity site içindeki gezintinizi oturum kaydı olarak saklar.
Siteyi ilk ziyaretinizde gösterilen çerez bildiriminde Reddet'i seçmediğiniz sürece bu analiz ve ölçüm araçları çalışır. Reddet'i seçtiğinizde analiz ve ölçüm araçları durdurulur, tarayıcınızdaki ziyaretçi kimliği ve kaynak bilgisi silinir. Tercihinizi değiştirmek için tarayıcınızdan bu sitenin verilerini temizleyip bildirimi yeniden görebilirsiniz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

This Privacy Policy explains how MuroCut ("we", "MuroCut") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the murocut.com website and our Adobe Premiere Pro plugin.
1. Data We Collect
- Account information: your email address and password (passwords are stored encrypted).
- License and device information: your license key, session data and a technical device identifier for the machine running the plugin.
- Usage data: AI request counts, tool usage statistics and app version — counters needed to operate the service.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details; only your subscription status and Stripe customer ID are kept on our side.
- Support and feedback: messages, bug reports and any attachments you send us.
- Website visit data: the pages you visit on our website, time spent on each page, the source you arrived from (e.g. referring site, advertising campaign details and ad click identifiers), a random visitor identifier created in your browser, interactions such as clicks and scrolling, and device and browser information.
- Sign-up source: when you create an account, the source you arrived from is stored with your account. When you browse the site while signed in, your visit data is linked to your account.
2. How We Use Data
- To provide the service, validate your license and enforce your usage quota.
- To manage your subscription and payments.
- To provide technical support and fix issues.
- To improve and secure the service.
- To analyse how the site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing.
3. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted providers to deliver the service:
- Stripe — payments and subscription management.
- Supabase — database, authentication, file hosting and website visit records.
- Google Analytics — site traffic and usage statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity — session recordings (mouse movement, clicks and scrolling on the page) and heatmaps. Text you type into form fields is masked by Clarity.
- AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq) — content you process for AI features (subtitles, editing, etc.) is sent to the relevant provider.
4. AI Features
When you use AI-powered features, the content required for processing (e.g. audio/text) is sent to the relevant AI provider. We do not use this content for marketing.
5. Data Retention and Security
Your data is stored on access-controlled servers and protected with reasonable technical measures. We retain your data for as long as the service requires.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data. Contact murat@murocut.com. When your account is deleted, your related personal data is removed.
7. Cookies, Session Recording and Local Storage
Our site uses cookies and browser storage for necessary purposes, such as language preference and session, and for analytics and advertising measurement. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies for this purpose; Clarity records your navigation on the site as a session recording.
These analytics and measurement tools run unless you choose Reject in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. When you choose Reject, the analytics and measurement tools are stopped and the visitor identifier and source information in your browser are deleted. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
