Bu Hizmet Şartları, MuroCut hizmetini (murocut.com web sitesi ve Adobe Premiere Pro eklentisi) kullanımınızı düzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmet
MuroCut, macOS ve Windows üzerinde Adobe Premiere Pro ile entegre çalışan bir eklentidir; altyazı, kurgu, ses ve proje araçları gibi özellikler sunar. Hizmeti sağlamak için gereken güncellemeleri ve değişiklikleri yapma hakkımız saklıdır.
2. Hesap ve Lisans
- Lisans, tek bir kullanıcıya aittir ve aynı anda sınırlı sayıda cihazda kullanılabilir.
- Lisans anahtarınızı ve hesap bilgilerinizi paylaşmamalısınız.
- Kötüye kullanım (ör. çok sayıda cihazda paylaşım) tespit edilirse erişim geçici veya kalıcı olarak durdurulabilir.
3. Abonelik, Ödeme ve Yenileme
- Hizmet, aylık veya yıllık abonelikle sunulur. Ödemeler Stripe üzerinden alınır.
- Abonelik, siz iptal etmediğiniz sürece dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir.
- Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman hesap sayfanızdaki ödeme portalından iptal edebilirsiniz; erişiminiz mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder.
- Fiyatlar değişebilir; değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce bildirilir.
4. Yapay Zekâ Hakları ve Ek Krediler
Aboneliğiniz aylık belirli bir yapay zekâ kullanım hakkı içerir. Bu hak, hesabınızın abonelik/başlangıç gününe göre her ay yenilenir. İhtiyaç halinde ek kredi satın alabilirsiniz; ek krediler süresizdir ve aylık hak bittiğinde kullanılır.
5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
- Hizmeti yasa dışı amaçlarla veya üçüncü tarafların haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanamazsınız.
- Hizmeti tersine mühendislik yapmaya, kopyalamaya veya izinsiz dağıtmaya çalışamazsınız.
6. Üçüncü Taraf İçerik (ör. Video İndirme)
Kaynaktan video indirme gibi özellikleri yalnızca kullanım hakkına sahip olduğunuz içerikler için kullanabilirsiniz. İndirdiğiniz içeriğin telif ve kullanım haklarından siz sorumlusunuz.
7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair garanti verilmez. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
8. Fesih
Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Siz de hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır; hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

These Terms of Service govern your use of MuroCut (the murocut.com website and the Adobe Premiere Pro plugin). By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
MuroCut is a plugin that integrates with Adobe Premiere Pro on macOS and Windows, offering features such as subtitles, editing, audio and project tools. We reserve the right to make updates and changes needed to provide the service.
2. Account and License
- A license belongs to a single user and may be used on a limited number of devices at a time.
- You must not share your license key or account credentials.
- If abuse is detected (e.g. sharing across many devices), access may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
3. Subscription, Payment and Renewal
- The service is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal on your account page; access continues until the end of the current period.
- Prices may change; changes are announced before they take effect.
4. AI Allowance and Extra Credits
Your subscription includes a monthly AI usage allowance. This allowance renews each month based on your account's subscription/start day. You may purchase extra credits when needed; extra credits do not expire and are used once the monthly allowance is exhausted.
5. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the service for illegal purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
- You may not reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the service without permission.
6. Third-Party Content (e.g. Video Download)
Features such as downloading video from a source may only be used for content you have the rights to. You are responsible for the copyright and usage rights of the content you download.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
