What platform does MuroCut run on?
MuroCut is developed exclusively for macOS and works integrated with Adobe Premiere Pro.
Which Premiere Pro versions are supported?
The last two major versions of Premiere Pro are officially supported.
How are Turkish subtitles generated?
MuroCut analyzes the audio track and generates subtitles using a Turkish-specific model, allowing you to make edits through the built-in editing panel.
What functions do the audio mixing tools cover?
Auto ducking, level normalization, noise reduction, and preset-based mixing are included.
Are new plugins free?
All users with an active license get free access to new content added to the library.
Can I cancel my license?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will end at the end of the current billing period.
How do I get my invoice?
An invoice is automatically sent via email after payment. For corporate invoices, reach out through the contact form.
Is there a student discount?
There is currently no student discount; we plan to offer one in the future.
